GLOVEBOXES
CLEANING SYSTEMS

In experiments involving chemical reactions and sample treatments, some substances are so sensitive to water and oxygen that they cannot be processed in an atmospheric environment. Therefore, the glovebox DIN 25412 was developed to allow these sensitive substances to react in an inert gas environment without water and oxygen.

This purification box is indispensable for applications in a variety of high-tech and research fields. Typical applications include:

Lithium-ion batteries and materials: Ensures stable and safe handling of reactive materials.
Semiconductor manufacturing: Protects sensitive semiconductor materials from contamination by air and moisture.
Film production: Enables precise control of the environment for the production of high quality films.
Nanomaterials: Provides a controlled environment for the production and study of nanomaterials.
Catalysts: Prevents unwanted reactions and maintains catalyst activity.
Supercapacitors: Ensures the quality and performance of supercapacitors by providing a clean and inert environment.
Speciality lamps: Supports the production and maintenance of sensitive speciality lamps.
Laser welding and soldering: Creates optimum conditions for precise laser welding and soldering.
Titanium alloy welding: Enables the welding of titanium alloys without discolouration or loss of quality.
